Data Deletion Request

You can request the deletion of all personal data associated with your account at any time.

Data We Hold

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Information about your business account and your WhatsApp Business
• Order history, customer records and conversation logs related to your account
• Usage logs and session data

What Happens After Your Request

We will permanently delete all your personal data within 30 of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete. Note that we may retain a minimum of data required by law (for example billing documents) for the legally required duration.
